Thursday May 28th, 7 pm, Beaver Bank Kinsac Community Centre Doors Open at 6:30 pm Come meet your Beaver Bank – Kinsac Community Groups The Beaver Bank Community Awareness Association (BBCAA) will present an information session showcasing some of the many Volunteer Community Groups working in your community. Based on feedback received after last year’s Town Hall Meeting, the BBCAA has decided to switch it up this year. Instead of the typical town hall style meeting, we have invited major volunteer groups to give an update on their past year’s activities and any new initiatives which may be on the horizon. What’s new at the ball fields?

Community Update
There was interest recently with regards to the ballfields at the Beaver Bank River, especially the old T-ball field at the back north side of the property. On the Beaver Bank Community Watch Facebook group, there was interest expressed in coming together to form a plan of action to expand the recreation opportunities. Wonder no more! There is a plan in place which the Beaver Bank Community Awareness Association (BBCAA) has been working on for some time. We are working in conjunction with HRM, who own the property, to provide more recreation opportunities.
